DiveHive
For dive centers, shops and resorts

Fill the boat. Skip the message chase.

DiveHive puts bookings, waivers, boats and guides on one schedule, and shows the day on a screen in your briefing area.

The daily friction, gone.

What dive centers tell us slows the day down, and what changes.

Bookings in five places

Walk-ins, messages, your website and partner desks end up in one booking list, with approvals and missing requirements flagged.

Paper waivers on the dock

Divers sign once on their phone. You get a sealed PDF with a verifiable signature before the boat leaves.

Double-booked boats and guides

Conflicts show before they happen: a boat, a guide or a diver in two places.

Storm-day chaos

Cancel a storm day once and everyone booked is told at the same moment.

A shop’s day, start to finish.

From the first look at the Board to the evening cash-up, this is where DiveHive sits in a working day.

Before opening, the day is already on the screen.

The Board in your briefing area shows today’s trips and the next departure. Nobody has to touch it.

  • The Board runs itself. Today’s trips, the next departure and conditions, on as many screens as you like.
  • Conditions next to the schedule. The go or no-go call is made with the facts in front of you.
  • A storm call that tells everyone. Cancel the day once. Every booked diver is notified at the same moment and the schedule follows.

Bookings arrive from every channel, into one list.

The app, your website widget, a guest link, Discover, partners and the counter all land in the same place.

  • Divers book without an account. The guest link and the website widget fit the activity and ask for no sign-up.
  • Every source, one list. Approve, decline or accept instantly. Where a booking came from stays visible.
  • Missing requirements flagged. A missing certification, waiver or deposit shows on the booking days ahead, not on the dock.

Paperwork done before the boat.

Waivers and medical forms are signed on the diver’s phone and deposits are collected up front.

  • Sign once, on the phone. Waiver and medical form for your shop, with a reminder while it is still open.
  • Sealed PDFs. Every signed form becomes a sealed PDF with a verifiable signature, kept for you.
  • Deposits into your own account. Deposits and payment links go to your own merchant account. DiveHive takes no cut of the payment.

Planning without clashes.

Boats, guides, courses and divers on one schedule that shows a problem before it happens.

  • Conflicts show early. A boat, a guide or a diver in two places is flagged. Warnings never block you, the call stays yours.
  • A divers-per-guide cap. Set the cap per trip and move divers between groups within it.
  • Courses on the same schedule. Instructor ratios are rules, and student progress sits on the enrollment.

On the water.

The crew works from the phone, with signal or without.

  • Check-in by QR. Guides scan divers on board, and it works offline.
  • A manifest with the headcount. Who is on the boat, who has signed and who is still missing a requirement.
  • Safety tools within reach. The emergency tools a crew needs are on the same phone.

After the dive: logs, reviews, divers back.

What happens once the boat is tied up decides whether divers come back.

  • One log for the group. The guide writes it once, offline if needed, and every diver gets a verified copy.
  • Verified reviews. Only divers who actually dived with you can review you.
  • Divers keep their accounts. They stay on their own free accounts, with your shop in their history.

Money and staff, settled at the end of the day.

Payments, cash-up and pay statements without a second spreadsheet.

  • Payments and cash-up. Take deposits, payment links and refunds, close the day and sync to your accounting.
  • Pay statements. Each guide gets an earnings statement built from the trips they worked.
  • Unlimited staff seats. Everyone who works for you gets a seat, with a role that matches the job.
